The presentation last night went really well! Kellie had some great questions and hopefully I had some good answers. I had a great time. After the Q&A, two members shared their stories, both of which were very good! It's such a nice group of people - I'm disappointed that they don't have another meeting planned until September. Hopefully, we'll manage a summer party.
Here's something cool - before the meeting, a woman introduced herself (it was her first time) and I recognized the name - she is the woman I bought my house from 23 years ago! Is it a small world or what?!

Guest Speaker at SCBWI Meeting
I'm scheduled to be the guest speaker at our local SCBWI meeting tomorrow night. Our fantastic leaders, Kelly and Suzanne, have prepared a list of questions so I don't need to prepare anything. I'm hoping the questions will be easy to answer and that I can make my answers interesting enough so I don't put everyone to sleep! This is my first time presenting so wish me luck!
